First meeting plan; Getting to know each others, create a work plan together, schedule other meetings, start discussing ways to improve the school.
The Meeting will take place on Sunday, then you will be free to organize it yourself.

Student council elections

EDIT: Congratulation to Alfred for becoming president!
Every student willing to run for the Student council elections will have to give a small speech on their motivation; They also will have a week to convince people to vote for them.
The winner of the elections will become president, while the second best will assist him as vice president.
You may run for the treasurer and secretary post separately.
((post your "speech" here and rp out your promotion! people who didn't post said IC speech will not be considered as running up for a post. You will be asked to vote IC for who you think your character would vote for on Sunday. Teachers can't vote.))

School's rules

Following are our school's rules; we expect all students to follow them. Going against them will cause an immediate sanction. Severe offenses may result in expulsions.
1) Uniforms are mandatory on school's grounds. While we do allow students to alter them in some ways, we do ask of them they keep it close to the original. Skirts have to fall at least mid-thighs.
2)Violence is not allowed in any cases. Verbal violence, bullying, or fights will not be tolerated and will be faced with severe punishments.
3) Alcohol, weapons or drugs are not allowed on school grounds. This includes personal multi function knives or cigarettes.
4) Teachers will check the dorms after the curfew; past 10PM everyone is meant to be in their respective rooms, sleeping.
5) Male students aren't allowed in the girl's dorms, Female students aren't allowed in the boy's dorms.
6)Respect your teachers and environment. Mocking a teacher or littering will be punished.
7) Students are allowed to go in town, but not out of it. Please act like responsible people and stay out of trouble there.
8) Skipping classes is forbidden. You may miss classes if you get a note from the infirmary.
9) Students are not allowed in the teacher's lounge; they also have to ask permission before using any classroom out of class times.
((Those rules are the school's rule, IC; of course you're allowed to not follow them but know it will have consequences IC too. If a student really earns themselves an expulsion, since we don't want to kick rper out for that, we will find a way to come back or stay, don't worry!))

Personality:
He spent most of his childhood in a Buddhist temple back in his home country. His willingness to study brought him to be intelligent even among the kids in his village. He admires and respects the Buddhist teaching very much.
He has a weak personality and has the tendency to be bullied on (especially by Lien.) However he fights for what he believes. He's pure-hearted, innocent and kind (except to Lien) He prefers to be called by his given name and he's open to nicknames with his friends.
Rice is very important to him. He can't live without rice. (period) Sometimes he eats Rice noodles which he uses chopstick with (he has stocked up Pho instant noodles... which is a product of Vietnam.) Most of the time he reads Buddhist scriptures and even English books. He doesn't have much problems with speaking and writing in English. During his spare time he loves viewing nature (especially rivers and stars) and watch dance.

He has a small built but just enough to be able to work in the fields.
He wear eyeglasses all the time. (Literacy rate in Cambodia is high because the Buddhist temples teaches kids) He can't see without them.
He usually dresses casually. However he omits the necktie of the school uniform since he wears a Khmer scarf which to him is the equivalent of the necktie. The scarf is a very important fashion item to him.
Historical background of OC Country:
In his childhood days, most of the time he has been pushed over by kids from his neighbors (especially by Lien). He was close to being broken down by the pressure of the other kids until Francis (or some French guy) stopped them. However after Francis/French guy left them he was still bullied by Lien. He tried to be strong and fought back, gaining hatred towards her.
Roleplay sample (minimum 200 words):
Just like any other days, Samnang did his daily prayers today. He sat at his usual praying spot, positioned his hands and concentrated on his prayers. For some time he remained in silence until he stood up to head to class.
"Today is another day for another challenge" he packed his books and notebooks into his bag. He made sure his Khmer scarf was in place around his neck. The moment he took a step out of the dorms a sharp feeling brushed by his skin as the cold wind touched him. He was never used to the colder climates. He could only make sure his scarf can protect him from the cold.
As soon as he entered the classroom a chalkboard eraser fell onto his head. He coughed out the dust. “What--“ The other kids laughed at him. He sighed, dusted off the chalk dust off his hair and uniform then headed to his seat. He ignored his classmates and let that prank go since it would not be good for him to start trouble about it. Until when will these kids do as they please and until when will he tolerate his classmate’s behaviors? He rested his body on his desk, almost dozing off at the nice weather out the window.
