The Meeting will take place on Sunday, then you will be free to organize it yourself.

Student council elections

EDIT: Congratulation to Alfred for becoming president!
Every student willing to run for the Student council elections will have to give a small speech on their motivation; They also will have a week to convince people to vote for them.
The winner of the elections will become president, while the second best will assist him as vice president.
You may run for the treasurer and secretary post separately.
((post your "speech" here and rp out your promotion! people who didn't post said IC speech will not be considered as running up for a post. You will be asked to vote IC for who you think your character would vote for on Sunday. Teachers can't vote.))

School's rules

Following are our school's rules; we expect all students to follow them. Going against them will cause an immediate sanction. Severe offenses may result in expulsions.
1) Uniforms are mandatory on school's grounds. While we do allow students to alter them in some ways, we do ask of them they keep it close to the original. Skirts have to fall at least mid-thighs.
2)Violence is not allowed in any cases. Verbal violence, bullying, or fights will not be tolerated and will be faced with severe punishments.
3) Alcohol, weapons or drugs are not allowed on school grounds. This includes personal multi function knives or cigarettes.
4) Teachers will check the dorms after the curfew; past 10PM everyone is meant to be in their respective rooms, sleeping.
5) Male students aren't allowed in the girl's dorms, Female students aren't allowed in the boy's dorms.
6)Respect your teachers and environment. Mocking a teacher or littering will be punished.
7) Students are allowed to go in town, but not out of it. Please act like responsible people and stay out of trouble there.
8) Skipping classes is forbidden. You may miss classes if you get a note from the infirmary.
9) Students are not allowed in the teacher's lounge; they also have to ask permission before using any classroom out of class times.

Name: Vash Zwingli
Country representing: Switzerland
Age: 17
Student or teacher? Student
Personality: Vash prides himself on his strict personality and ability to follow, and enforce if necessary, the rules. He doesn’t like to let loose, always trying to keep his serious and composed demeanor. Unfortunately for him, he has quite the bad temper, and is quick to anger. He usually ends up shouting profanities and threats at people when things don’t go his way. He is prone to getting embarrassed and using anger to mask his embarrassment.
The Swiss doesn’t have a fear of people, gladly socializing if it will help his cause, but nevertheless he prefers working alone, claiming that other people slow him down. He has trouble asking for help from other when he needs it, fearing that it will make him appear weak. Even when he is offered help, he refuses to accept it, insisting that he can handle it himself. He is also extremely wary of letting people into his personal life, and has a strong feeling of ‘territory’. He always has the door to his room locked, and won’t take it lightly if someone trespasses.
Vash has an affinity for guns. He enjoys looking at them, holding them, polishing them, and firing them. It actually borders on an obsession. Guns make him feel safe; they give him a sense of security, even in non-violent situations. He usually carries at least one gun, but since guns are not allowed at school, he has had to let this habit go. This annoys him greatly, and can make him a bit anxious in some situations.
Although he can seem threatening, and won’t hesitate to hit people pissing him off, when Vash for once has let someone into his life, he does care deeply about them and wants to protect them.However, it’s gonna be hard to get him to admit it.
Roleplay sample:
Vash definitely didn’t want any trouble today. What had started off as a great day for once, had soon spiraled downwards
into stress and chaos.
He had just finished his essay this morning. He remembered it clearly; sitting in his chair with a hot cup of coffee, (the cheap kind of course, who needs expensive coffee when the cheap kind tastes just as good?) happy to finally have finished that dreaded essay. He was about to save it, when his hand accidentally brushed against the cup, perhaps a bit too hard, as the cup went flying across the table, spilling hot coffee all over the computer. The computer sizzled a bit; then the screen went black.
After some minutes of muttering curse words under his breath and frantically trying to clean up the mess with a paper towel, the Swiss concluded that there was no saving his computer. He slammed his hand onto the desk with a loud curse, then sighed deeply and slumped against his chair.
Not to be put down by disturbances like that, Vash was now on his way to the school library. He had a few books he needed to deliver back. He was actually supposed to have delivered them a week ago, but he had been so terribly stressed recently, and he needed them for that damn essay. It was like an evil circle. The more things that went wrong, the more stressed he became, and the more did he hurry to get things finished, ending up not doing it properly and messing more stuff up. It was exasperating; he was practically ready to slap the next person who—WHOA!
Books and papers flew everywhere as he tripped over someone’s foot and went tumbling to the floor.
“Oh my god! I am so sorry! Are you hurt?” The student Vash tripped over offered a hand to help Vash up, but he swatted it away. Did anyone see that? He looked around to see a few snickering students standing around.
“Be more careful, goddammit!” He snapped at the apologizing student, before hurrying to gather his books and stand up. “What are you looking at!?” He yelled at the other people scattered around the hallways. This was the most embarrassing thing that could have happened to him. He huffed and stomped away, a bloodred flush quickly spreading across his face.

I kind of have my own headcanon for Vash, so he might be a little bit different than canon, but I try to stay faithful to the original character. I hope it's alright. Also, sorry if my English is a bit wonky, it's my third language. ^^

It's a pretty good app actually, I think it's close enough to canon to be accepted indeed (and a bit of head-canon only makes them more three dimensional. As long as it's not contrary to canon.)
