Mon 30 Jul - 20:46 by Matthew Williams

EDIT: Congratulation to Alfred for becoming president!

Every student willing to run for the Student council elections will have to give a small speech on their motivation; They also will have a week to convince people to vote for them.
The winner of the elections will become president, while the second best will assist him as vice president.
You may run for the treasurer and secretary post separately.

((post your "speech" here and rp out your promotion! people who didn't post said IC speech will not be considered as running up for a post. You will be asked to vote IC for who you think your character would vote for on Sunday. Teachers can't vote.))

School's rules

Tue 12 Jun - 14:12 by Admin

Following are our school's rules; we expect all students to follow them. Going against them will cause an immediate sanction. Severe offenses may result in expulsions.

1) Uniforms are mandatory on school's grounds. While we do allow students to alter them in some ways, we do ask of them they keep it close to the original. Skirts have to fall at least mid-thighs.

2)Violence is not allowed in any cases. Verbal violence, bullying, or fights will not be tolerated and will be faced with severe punishments.

3) Alcohol, weapons or drugs are not allowed on school grounds. This includes personal multi function knives or cigarettes.

4) Teachers will check the dorms after the curfew; past 10PM everyone is meant to be in their respective rooms, sleeping.

5) Male students aren't allowed in the girl's dorms, Female students aren't allowed in the boy's dorms.

6)Respect your teachers and environment. Mocking a teacher or littering will be punished.

7) Students are allowed to go in town, but not out of it. Please act like responsible people and stay out of trouble there.

8) Skipping classes is forbidden. You may miss classes if you get a note from the infirmary.

9) Students are not allowed in the teacher's lounge; they also have to ask permission before using any classroom out of class times.

((Those rules are the school's rule, IC; of course you're allowed to not follow them but know it will have consequences IC too. If a student really earns themselves an expulsion, since we don't want to kick rper out for that, we will find a way to come back or stay, don't worry!))

Norway application

Post by Guest on Sat 8 Oct - 19:14

Name: Aleksander Bjornsson

Country representing:Norway

Age:18

Student or teacher?: Student

Personality (mostly to see your characterization): Norway is a mysterious man of few words and expressions, and is reclusive from the everyday world. He is often shown to have a troll or fairy with him, and has the ability to see and interact with various supernatural creatures.
He also has a teasing side to him that can’t be identified easily because of his apparent poker face. Like Iceland, he would choose not to get involved in matters what doesn’t involve him directly.
He teases Denmark and Iceland the most and would try and get Iceland to call him ‘Onii-chan’ whenever the chance arises.
He is protective over Iceland and will not hesitate to defend him when needed. He is probably the only one who could stand Denmark’s loud obnoxious voice most of the time due to having knowing him throughout his childhood till now though he won’t hesitate to smack him if he has to.

Roleplay sample (minimum 200 words): Norway walked through the hallway in hopes of finding his little brother and avoiding having to bump into Denmark at the same time. Though he was hoping to go to school on the first day with Iceland, the little one had went on ahead on his own.

But despite that, Norway still went on ahead and brought for Iceland some bread in case he hadn’t eaten his breakfast. Iceland’s daily meal had made Norway worried for his health, no wonder that boy is mostly ill.

“Iceland.” Norway spoke in a low tone.

Iceland jumped, “Ah Norge.”

“…It’s Onii-chan.” Norway said while handing over Iceland the bag of bread.

Iceland frowned at his words and took it nonetheless, “I told you that I don’t call you that anymore.”

Norway shrugged, “It would be nice to hear it from your mouth on the first day of school.”

“That doesn’t has anything to do with anything.” Iceland pointed out. Norway felt wounded as his younger brother said that. He recalled how Iceland used to call him older brother all the time, but now...it felt like everything changed.

"...It's only two words, Iceland. Just say them and I'll be happy." he said.

I have two small problems with this application, though I can see where one comes from; If you could avoid using country's name as this is an human AU in the future, it'd be great.
Then I'd accept it if the sample was longer; it's 162 words and we ask for 200, if it was 190 it'd still be fine but... Well, could you make it longer?

I checkeed the new rp sample. It's actually 204 words. {at least according to a word counter online} and I shall stop using the country names but this was from a different rp where I was Norway.

Sorry about that, my bad. I mis-copied it, so thanks for pointing it out and sorry again.
And it's fine, it's mostly a small reminder since some people have hardship with it sometimes!
You're of course accepted and my apologies once more.
