First meeting plan; Getting to know each others, create a work plan together, schedule other meetings, start discussing ways to improve the school.
The Meeting will take place on Sunday, then you will be free to organize it yourself.

Student council elections

EDIT: Congratulation to Alfred for becoming president!
Every student willing to run for the Student council elections will have to give a small speech on their motivation; They also will have a week to convince people to vote for them.
The winner of the elections will become president, while the second best will assist him as vice president.
You may run for the treasurer and secretary post separately.
((post your "speech" here and rp out your promotion! people who didn't post said IC speech will not be considered as running up for a post. You will be asked to vote IC for who you think your character would vote for on Sunday. Teachers can't vote.))

School's rules

Following are our school's rules; we expect all students to follow them. Going against them will cause an immediate sanction. Severe offenses may result in expulsions.
1) Uniforms are mandatory on school's grounds. While we do allow students to alter them in some ways, we do ask of them they keep it close to the original. Skirts have to fall at least mid-thighs.
2)Violence is not allowed in any cases. Verbal violence, bullying, or fights will not be tolerated and will be faced with severe punishments.
3) Alcohol, weapons or drugs are not allowed on school grounds. This includes personal multi function knives or cigarettes.
4) Teachers will check the dorms after the curfew; past 10PM everyone is meant to be in their respective rooms, sleeping.
5) Male students aren't allowed in the girl's dorms, Female students aren't allowed in the boy's dorms.
6)Respect your teachers and environment. Mocking a teacher or littering will be punished.
7) Students are allowed to go in town, but not out of it. Please act like responsible people and stay out of trouble there.
8) Skipping classes is forbidden. You may miss classes if you get a note from the infirmary.
9) Students are not allowed in the teacher's lounge; they also have to ask permission before using any classroom out of class times.

Francis is a man of love. He loves every single beauty in the world. He adores them, cares for them, pleases them and if these beauties are humans, he will try to sleep with them. Afterall, what better way to express amour but with passion and*censored*
He knew he too is beautiful, therefore he felt so.... restricted to hide such beautiful body under so many clothings. He felt that it is a pity that school regulation require students and teachers to wear well covered clothing. In exchange of not showing off his body, he always stylize his clothes so that it follows the school regulation (as a teacher its his duty to, and he doesn't want to lose his job), so that it doesn't make him look uptight, boring and unfashionable.
So how does a Frenchman ended up in an English speaking school? Well he teaches this school because he felt that it is his duty to protect his precious little cousin, Matthew from a life without amour (no one deserve a loveless *ehem*or sexless*ehem* life).
He teaches biology and he also help the cooking clubs with his marvelous recipes and instructions, he has a minor degree in culinary afterall. If his passion in education and science does not surpass his passion of cooking, he would be a famous chef in a five star restaurant already.
Francis is a gentle and caring man, he can be a gentlemen at times, and he's a pro in romance. He know how to please his lover by giving them flowers, taking them to an expensive restaurants, giving them passionate letters and so on. He never touch his students though, he only target the adults and control himself from lusting over any of the kids.

“Why hello students~” winked Francis at his adorable students entering the class, some of the girls giggle and few swoon as they walk, the boys either roll their eyes with a smile or just calmly walked in the class.
He waited until all his precious students sat perfectly on their seat and he began, “Now students, I expect you all to finish all your homeworks?”
He chuckled when some students gave a nervous look and others look pretty confident or gave a nod or two. He clapped his hand lightly, “Alright then, please put all your textbook on my table and we'll get started with our class.”
Watching his students one by one, he gave pointed look at those who forgot their homework and silently slipping them detention cards into their notebooks. He may not be as stuffy and demanding as most teachers in the world, but he care for his students pride and dignity that his way of being strict is more silent and respectful. Of coarse, if they fail to go to detention for three times in a row, he has to send them to the principal. Or even better, he can call out their parents for a meeting, most of them have beautiful mothers and handsome fathers.

I believe the character is true to the original, though your english is a bit odd...
Make sure not to slip to a different time when rping next time? Also, 18 is quite young in a few countries for a teacher, but that's maybe just me.
I'd say you're accepted, given you perhaps change his age and make a little more efforts with your English <3
