Student council elections

EDIT: Congratulation to Alfred for becoming president!
Every student willing to run for the Student council elections will have to give a small speech on their motivation; They also will have a week to convince people to vote for them.
The winner of the elections will become president, while the second best will assist him as vice president.
You may run for the treasurer and secretary post separately.
((post your "speech" here and rp out your promotion! people who didn't post said IC speech will not be considered as running up for a post. You will be asked to vote IC for who you think your character would vote for on Sunday. Teachers can't vote.))

School's rules

Following are our school's rules; we expect all students to follow them. Going against them will cause an immediate sanction. Severe offenses may result in expulsions.
1) Uniforms are mandatory on school's grounds. While we do allow students to alter them in some ways, we do ask of them they keep it close to the original. Skirts have to fall at least mid-thighs.
2)Violence is not allowed in any cases. Verbal violence, bullying, or fights will not be tolerated and will be faced with severe punishments.
3) Alcohol, weapons or drugs are not allowed on school grounds. This includes personal multi function knives or cigarettes.
4) Teachers will check the dorms after the curfew; past 10PM everyone is meant to be in their respective rooms, sleeping.
5) Male students aren't allowed in the girl's dorms, Female students aren't allowed in the boy's dorms.
6)Respect your teachers and environment. Mocking a teacher or littering will be punished.
7) Students are allowed to go in town, but not out of it. Please act like responsible people and stay out of trouble there.
8) Skipping classes is forbidden. You may miss classes if you get a note from the infirmary.
9) Students are not allowed in the teacher's lounge; they also have to ask permission before using any classroom out of class times.

Belarus Application

Personality:
She’s a very mistrusting person and becomes frustrated easily. This frustration, for whatever reason, sometimes ends up ending with some sort of violent act. In fact, she had been kicked out of the academy for stabbing Prussia, for what, she doesn’t remember anymore. The only two people she’s ever been close to and trusted has been both her brother and her sister, but when her brother couldn’t provide for both her and her sister, they were both forced to move away and Natalya had to live with Alfred for a while.
She does love, and seems to have an unsettling attachment to, her brother, being so protective of him that she doesn’t hesitate in scaring anybody off that comes up to him looking for friendship or anything more. But it’s not a physical infatuation. More like her just being so happy that she’s found her brother again, that she comes off as a little... well, a little off.
She is a very pretty girl and tends to get a lot of annoying attention from people who don't know who she is. Or how she is, more like. She's not above manipulating people, but will act like an innocent and happy-go-lucky girl around Ivan, because she doesn't want him to think badly of her. She does wear her navy blue dress with all the appropriate ribbons, stockings, and shoes. Whenever she's made nervous, she'll twirl her hair in her fingers, which some find an appealing quality and she also has a bad habit of wearing dresses without pockets, so she always has to put anything she'd have to carry around with her in strange places like her shoes.
She was better at getting situated to the cold than her brother, being able to walk out in just her dress and stockings and she was fine, standing beside her brother who was wearing a scarf, long jacket, big boots and long pants. Where Ivan would complain about it being too cold and enjoying hot places, she does not. She hates the heat and would much rather be back home where the weather is colder. She became closer to her brother than she did her sister after an incident when they were younger where she felt like her sister was becoming prettier than her and Ivan was starting to favor her sister instead and it ended with Natalya threatening her sister and cutting her hair short like it's portrayed today.
Roleplay Sample:
Natalya smoothed down her navy blue dress. Stupid thing was always getting all rumpled up. She sighed and ran her hands through her hair, trying not to get frustrated. It was so hot out that she could barely stand being outside for more than a couple of minutes. She was more acclimated to handle the cold, not this heat. Even after she had gone to live with Alfred, she couldn’t leave behind the kind of clothes she had always used to wear. People just needed to deal with it. But she could not deal with it being this damn hot.
She found herself suddenly in front of a stand, selling flowers. The person running the place threw her a smile, but she didn’t mirror it, and instead threw her own stare at the woman who paled and went back to work. Natalya had that affect on people. Always did, even when she was little. Even when she still had a family. She turned to leave the stand when she saw them. The tall yellow flowers that had warmed the hearts of the people closest to her. Sunflowers.
Not even her could walk away from those gorgeous flowers. Even if the woman running the shop was annoying, she certainly had good taste. Natalya ran her fingers over the petals and remembered how much her brother had always been a fan of them more than she had, but now she wished she had enjoyed the flowers more and made them more of her thing than have it only remind her of him. She hadn’t seen him or her sister in such a long time. She wondered if she ever would again. Stupid wishful thinking, she thought. You don’t think like this. They left you just like everyone else did. Why is that such a surprise? It’s not like you try to be nice and likable. But she couldn’t leave those sunflowers there and decided to buy a couple and take them back home with her.
Selecting some of the brightest ones, she walked up to the check-out counter, reaching down into her doll-like shoes to get some money to pay for them. The lady had left, of course. “Hello?” she called out. No answer. Great. How was she supposed to pay for these flowers if the lady was too scared to come back and face her for the 2 seconds it would take to do that? Her frustration broke through and she turned around, throwing the sunflowers at the ground and walked away from them. “You should be more careful with such beautiful flowers, da?” She whipped around and faced him. She couldn’t believe it. It was him. Ivan. Her brother.
(I would also like to add as a side-note that this is a continuation of the last Belarus that joined here. I have already talked with the person playing Ivan/Russia and we have figured out a way to make this all work out, we just have to actually do it.) Thanks!

Sorry for coming off a little like I'd made my own decision and barged in here... the person playing Ivan and I did talk about it and had come to the decision that it would be a little like a family reunion thing that would lead to them both trying to get Natalya to be let in... probably by some sort of compromise. Community service stuff. Probably to show she's changed and not this violent girl anymore...but I understand if that isn't something you all would accept, considering she sort of... stabbed... someone. xDD Can't edit the posting things, so I assumed that it would be alright to elaborate on this whole thing in a comment. Hope that's okay~

You didn't have to pick up the older belarus really xD; Well, if you really want to it's fine but it may be a bit weird sometimes... -beside there is more than one psychopath in Belarus I'm sure~-
So good luck with this. Her being kicked out was a convenient explanation as to why she left but I admit I am curious about how you two are going to deal with it, beside your application is really good, so you're accepted (and I'm pretty sure the admins are going to be fine with it too <3)
